The UX team developed a webstore with an intuitive look and feel to support the customer journey. Customers got the option to add products to the cart from the product listing page and make their purchases in a seamless and quick manner. We integrated the Magento website with an ERP platform that handled information related to products, customers, and orders. The products on the website as well as its related information such as inventory and stock were pushed to Magento using standard Magento APIs. The orders placed by customers on Shoe Connection were synced back to the ERP system for effective order fulfillment. Terrific Minds developed a synchronous flow of information between the different systems that were designed and integrated within Shoe Connection.
