The entire project took a timeframe of 2 months and the team effectively ran the project by implementing Agile project management practices for communication and completion. Furthermore, JIRA and Zoho project Tools were implemented to improve the project lifecycle and delivery quality.

Terrific Minds supported Shoe Connection in migrating from their existing platform to a more powerful and robust Magento experience. The process involved complete data migration of customers, orders, and products. 

The UX team developed a webstore with an intuitive look and feel to support the customer journey. Customers got the option to add products to the cart from the product listing page and make their purchases in a seamless and quick manner.

We integrated the Magento website with an ERP platform that handled information related to products, customers, and orders. The products on the website as well as its related information such as inventory and stock were pushed to Magento using standard Magento APIs. 

The orders placed by customers on Shoe Connection were synced back to the ERP system for effective order fulfillment. Terrific Minds developed a synchronous flow of information between the different systems that were designed and integrated within Shoe Connection. 

Shoe Connection achieved a highly scalable and customizable platform, enhancing the end-user experience. 

The new website now has a feature-rich project listing page that allows the customer to directly add their desired products to the cart.
