To support agencies in managing increasingly complex marketing needs, Printforce relies on Media Wizard, a sophisticated B2B ordering platform that enables teams to configure, order, and manage real estate marketing assets at scale. Media Wizard 5 represents the next-generation evolution of this platform — designed to replace a legacy system with a modern, high-performance, and fully customisable solution.

THE CHALLENGE
Printforce was constrained by a legacy Media Wizard platform that struggled with slow performance, limited flexibility, high licensing costs, and delayed data synchronisation—making it difficult to compete in a fast-evolving real estate marketing landscape. Terrific Minds addressed these challenges by completely re-architecting the platform using modern, open-source technologies and a microservice-based, API-first approach. The result was a high-performance, fully customisable B2B ordering platform delivered through a zero-disruption migration, enabling faster innovation, near real-time data accuracy, and a significantly lower total cost of ownership.

Fully Custom & Flexible System Delivered a purpose-built platform supporting Printforce’s complex, agency-specific workflows, configurable products, and white-labelled experiences. 4.
