OrthoFX is a global clear aligner provider delivering advanced orthodontic solutions through a combination of custom aligner systems and digital treatment workflows. To support scalable, remote-first orthodontic care, OrthoFX partnered with us to build FXOnTrack — an AI-powered remote monitoring platform enabling clinicians to track patient progress, detect deviations early, and intervene proactively without unnecessary in-clinic visits

THE CHALLENGE

Challenges Problems - Patients required frequent in-clinic visits to monitor aligner progress, increasing operational strain. - Delayed or missed check-ins led to “off-track” cases and treatment inefficiencies. - Clinics faced scalability limits due to chair-time constraints and manual follow-ups. - High coordination and scheduling overhead reduced clinical efficiency. Objectives - Enable remote progress monitoring via patient-submitted photos - Reduce in-clinic visits while maintaining treatment quality. - Improve patient compliance and overall treatment throughput.
