Design a fan engagement mobile app for Chennai Super Kings with 25M fan following. The challenge to build a ticket booking system, match analyser, game center, CSK TV, video gallery, merchandise store, fan zone, news and blogs was achieved by a hierarchical drill down information architecture.
We developed a mobile app for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) with 25 million fans. It includes a ticket booking system, match analyzer, game center, CSK TV, video gallery, merchandise store, fan zone, news, and blogs. Fans can book tickets, analyze matches, play interactive games, stream live matches, and browse highlights. They can also purchase official merchandise and connect with other fans in the community hub. The app's hierarchical design ensures easy navigation and access to desired content. It provides an immersive platform for fans to engage with CSK.
This application creates simple touch points to connect across five major functional modules, providing a seamless and unique experience to millions of CSK fans. We employed persuasive models that encourage users to come back for more.
User research and digital track data based task flow patterns was used to bring the most desirable experience for the masses.
