User Experience consulting and Visual design delivered for a full scale fan engagement mobile application that can glue the users to the brand. We paired user’s enthusiasm and cognitive decision making factors rooted in emotional behavior to build an engaging user experience for fans.
The app will help the user stay connected with the CSK team, get the latest news, engage in exciting competitions and purchase brand merchandises.

The problem

Design a fan engagement mobile app for Chennai Super Kings with 25M fan following. The challenge to build a ticket booking system, match analyser, game center, CSK TV, video gallery, merchandise store, fan zone, news and blogs was achieved by a hierarchical drill down information architecture.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Simple touch points to connect across five major functional modules that enables seamless and unique experience to millions of CSK fans. The persuasive models used in this application always makes the user come back for more.

User research and digital track data based task flow patterns was used to bring the most desirable experience for the masses.
