Lead / Senior UX Designer

Terrific Minds is seeking a Senior UX to join our design team. We’re looking for thought leaders with  enterprise experience who can help craft the grand scheme of a vision while never losing sight of  finer details. This person will concept, plan, and deliver end-to-end user experiences and competitive  workflows that will help define, scale, reinvent and pivot business roadmaps and goals for  Enterprises & SMB’s. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent sense of creative strategy that  enables them to communicate, negotiate, and drive design solutions for BFSI, Logistics, HealthCare and Retail domains.

Must Haves
  • Eye for design and attention to detail in every aspect of the experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, User Experience, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 -7 years of experience in UX design. 
  • Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups and highly interactive prototypes. 
  • A design portfolio that demonstrates web and/or mobile platform design principles
  • Experience in Retail Experience/ BFSI/Healthcare/Logistics, and executing a new product strategy.
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.
Roles and responsibilities
  • Work with complex systems and deliver compelling stories to build cross-functional and cross-product alignment. 
  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker – Able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Navigate and lead through ambiguity while collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams to provide value to the users and partners. Proactively engage in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts 
  • Analyze and conduct heuristics evaluation of products /web applications to create usability reports. 
  • Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations
  • Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests
  • Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle
  • Articulate strategy behind design decisions and participate in regular peer reviews.
  • Be an advocate for the user & lead by example.
